Hello divek112,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your message I understand you'd like to know why the cities you've searched for in the World Clock feature on your iPhone are not appearing.

Not all cities around the world are listed. If you'd like to see the cities for the United States, you can do a search for [ U.S.A.], without the brackets. You can then scroll through the list to select a nearby city, or one in the same time zone. If you'd like to find a city for another country, try searching first for the city, and then for the country.

You can also ask Siri, "What time is it?" or "What time is it in Fresno?" and she can provide you with the current time. Since you mentioned Fresno, I gave it a try, and it worked.

This article will give you the information about asking Siri, and how to manage your list of cities once you've selected them: See the time in cities worldwide on iPhone.

All the best.
