It is a scam. Delete the mail and don't interact with any of the links in the mail.

Thanks.... unfortunately I have already checked the link but it wasn’t working. So thought it would be scam... then immediately I have changed my password. Any other risks?
Thank you for added information. Unfortunately the link was too slow and did not work.
I now feel relief.
Shouldn't be. And, if you didn't enter anything after clicking on a link, it shouldn't be a problem either.
