I phone won’t charge, Apple logo flashes.

The logo flashes every few seconds, then the screen will flash green every few Minutes. I have tried numerous fixes recommended which have not worked. It also doesn’t connect with my Mac. Sometimes the screen stays black. It is the XS

Any suggestions.
