It won't let me authorize music on my mac because i have "more than 5 devices" but I do not have more than 5 devices what do I do

It won't let me authorize music on my mac because i have "more than 5 devices" but I do not have more than 5 devices what do I do?

When I check my phone it only has the 3 I have (my phone, ipad, and laptop) and yet it doesn't allow me to listen to my songs on my mac. I even made sure to log out of an old iphone that wasn't displaying as a device. What do I do?
