Hello, I just updated the latest ipadOs on my iPad Air this morning, however when i opened the ipad, i just spotted a white circle dot in the middle of the screen, i tried to restart it back but the white circle still on the screen, what should i do, it happened after I updated the latest iPadOS, is that a bug or something?
iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13
Go to
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > switch AssistiveTouch and Dwell Control : OFF

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > switch AssistiveTouch and Dwell Control : OFF
Somebody posted about this the other day and we couldn't find out the issue, so might be best to contact Apple
