I'm not able to delete files on my macbook air

Hi today,

I'm not able to delete any files on my mac. it shows loading but not at all deleting and stuck my computer. I checked the forum, but not able to find any similar issue. Please help me out. not able to delete any single file from my system now. Attached screen recording.
