Apple ID Change

Hello Apple ID support

I have one iPhone which Apple ID is with my previous job email.

Now I have moved to the new job and I want to log out the Apple ID with my previous job email.

I do not have access to my previous mail anymore and I am not able to log out because it always request the PW to enter and I do not remember it anymore.

The Apple ID for this phone is set up by IT and I do not have the information.

Is there any way I can log out and log in again with my personal Apple again.

Contact the IT department to see if they can help you.


If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. Apple Support will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.

Is the phone showing activation lock? If yes, post back to see the implication of activation lock in your case.
