This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes store message again and again

How to a finish the review of my account to use my apple ID in the iTunes store if my phone will not complete the review? I keep getting a blank page or an error https message. I have turned off my phone, signed in to verify my information.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. From what you describe, it sounds like you may be having trouble accepting the Terms & Conditions for the iTunes Store. I’m happy to help.


If you haven’t already, try closing the Settings app and restarting your iPhone.


How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If that doesn’t help, try signing out of the iTunes & App Store on your iPhone.


To sign out, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > [Apple ID] > Sign Out.


Once you’ve signed out, restart your iPhone before signing back in. Should the issue persist, try these steps:
