I just got a new phone and it will not allow mw to install apps. I get a message "This Apple ID has not yet been used in the ITunes Store" click review. it then asks for my password. When I submit my correct password, this starts over telling me to review

This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store I recently bought a new iPhone 12 and got mostly everything set up, the problem is that every time I try to download a app it pops up with "This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store" then it has a button and it says "Review" when I click it, it requires me to enter my password and then after I enter it, it keeps repeating the "Review" and I'm unable to download apps what do I do?

Do you have payment details entered on the account ? And have tried closing the App Store app via the phone's taskbar, rebooting the phone, and retrying ?
