Trying to download an app and I put in my Apple ID password when it’s asked for but then I get this message

I keep trying to download an app and I put in my Apple ID password when it’s asked for but then I get this message. When I click review and try to sign in it brings me right back to this message. How can I just download the app?

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there.


Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information   -
