Phone Calls

Can anyone explain why I cant recieve and make calls. Seems to be a problem first thing in the morning.

My do not disturb is turned off and so is airplane mode.

No idea what else to try

What can I do to start making my calls again and receiving calls I can’t receive no calls or make calls I was in settings and I don’t know if I touch something to make me stop receiving calls or my Wi-Fi I touch something on it that’s why it’s not giving me my calls or letting me receive calls I could receive calls on messenger but not from my cell phone my number and I can’t make calls out

When you say it is a problem first thing in the morning, does this mean that you can make calls later on?
