Outgoing calls

hi there, can you help, I can’t make any out going calls

I’ve switched on airplane mode and off, i’ve checked Do Not Disturb it’s turned off but still can’t make any calls can you please help? thanks

I can not make an outgoing call in my house. I have looked at airplane mode and turned it on/off several times as well as do not disturb and that’s not the issue. Suggestions please??
