MIDI-signal I have a digital piano (Thomann) with a (so called) USB output. Please see added picture! The connection to my MacBook shall be used by this item: It's said by Thomann that if I play a tune on the piano there will be 'MIDI signals' into the MacBook. Do I dare to try that? Will there be a file generated?

Check out midiguitar by jam origin. It’s amazing. It can work as a standalone, or inside Mainstage, use it as a single instance at the concert level. Multiple instances in multiple patches of it confuse Mainstage and don’t work
