Bluetooth Headphones connected but audio not switching from mac

Hi,

I'm running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 on macBook Pro (2015 model, 15 inch Retina display).

Lately, I've been running into this bug that I connect my Bose Wireless Headphones (700) - I see the headphones connected under the Bluetooth settings and the audio output and input set to them in the audio settings - however audio is not switching from the computer speakers to the headphones...

Any help?
