Front Camera not working.

On camera, FaceTime, snapchat, instagram, my phone will not allow me to switch to my front camera. on my camera app it will switch and remain black, but apps like snapchat will not switch at all. I figured it was a phone problem as my Face ID did not work after a fall, as well my phone calls were not working so I figured it was time to make a claim to get a replacement phone through my phone carrier. Although, while all my issues are fixed on this phone, my front camera is remaining black and will not allow me to use it. I have done everything imaginable in typical fixes (got a whole new phone) so I am wondering if anyone is aware of such a technical issue? With apple stores closed right now I cant go into make an appointment.
