Laptop - where is all my music

My laptop just downloaded a new iTunes. Over several years I have purchased over 350 songs. They are on my IPhone 11 but not my computer. Why? I had to sync the songs to my phone originally - them my iTunes wouldn’t open for years.

If they were songs you purchased, you can redownload them. See the "How to redownload music on iTunes for Windows" section in:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

Or, if you still have your old computer, you can transfer your iTunes library to your new computer:

Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community

Back up and restore your iTunes library on your PC - Apple Support

If you simply can't find your existing library, you can try this:
