Chrome Remote Desktop

I have a Mac (Catalina) at work and Mac (High Sierra) at home. I have Chrome Remote Desktop installed on both computers. Since VNC is not working and BTMM is not supported I am trying to use Chrome Remote Desktop to establish a connection to my work computer. Obviously, I want remote access to it so I can run updates and related stuff.

On the CRD (Chrome Remote Desktop) console, it is green and says "online" so when I try to connect it the icon will spin and return with a message saying it can't connect and it is offline.

On my work computer, I thought I turned on screen recording and something else. But I guess I missed something.

How do I fix it?
