Hi there,
I bought a bundle of movies, (all of the Harry Potter movies) and two of them dropped off and it said that they couldn't be played in HD. I have purchased these and now I they don't even appear on my Itunes anymore.
Can anyone assist me in fixing this problem? I would ideally like to be able to watch them.

I understand you purchased a bundle of movies from the iTunes Store and you can't play two of them.
If you can't download an HD version of a movie, try redownloading it as SD:
Buy movies and TV shows from the Apple TV app
On a Mac or PC, you can open iTunes preferences and open the Downloads tab.
You will see an option to "Download high-quality SD videos"
Check to see if you can redownload your purchases:
Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books
If you are still unable to access two movies from the bundle you purchased, see how to report a problem below:
See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store
