I redownloaded a movie that's HD and has iTunes extras, but when it was finished, the iTunes extras never appeared. What happened? Is there an issue with iTunes?

See If you can't view your iTunes Extras - Apple Support. For movies released since July 2014 Extras are an online feature rather than a separate downloadable package.
