If your iPhone Se( 2nd Generation) EarPods not working

I got my iPhone SE 2nd Generation when the pre-orders started and when I got them, I realized my EarPods were not connecting or they show the headphone symbol but anytime I go to YouTube they switch to the regular speakers even though I have them in

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Hello,

Start with a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

If no help, while using YouTube, try this:

1) Open the Control Center

2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select AirPods
