Cannot refund

I transferred funds to another apple ID. Unfortunately, i key in wrongly. Instead of @yahoo.com, i accidentally key in @yhoo.com and to my surprise it was 2 transaction that was wrong. Now I’m trying to as for a refund but searching it says”you have no purchase that are eligible for a refund.” I couldn’t go through the hotline. For your kind help and assistance please on what to do?

We are not apple, this is a user to user community.
