Refreshable Braille display not connecting to VoiceOver when both SPP and HID Bluetooth services are enabled in Braille display

If I pair any braille display with my iPhone 5S (Running iOS 12.4.5) over Bluetooth which has both Bluetooth-SPP and Bluetooth-HID services enabled, It doesn't connects to VoiceOver over Bluetooth-SPP connection but Bluetooth-HID connection works fine.

If Braille device has only Bluetooth-SPP service enabled then after pairing with my iPhone it works fine with VoiceOver.

Hey Ashish.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're running into some trouble with your braille display not working quite as expected. I'd be glad to see what I can do to assist.

Let's get started by making sure that the display you're attempting to use is supported on your iPhone. Learn more about that in Braille displays supported by iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If it does show up there, and restarting both devices doesn't allow you to correctly connect the devices together, reach out to Accessibility Support to ensure that everything is set exactly as it should be.

Hope that helps.

Take care!
