iPod Shuffle not getting detected

My iPod Shuffle 3rd gen is not getting recognised on my Dell laptop using Windows 10. The same iPod is getting recognised and getting charged on other laptops and desktops. Other USB's are getting detected on Dell Laptop. When spoke to the Dell customer care, they are saying, if other USB's are getting detected on Dell, it is not a problem with Dell. The same way Apple can say when iPod is getting detected on all other laptops/desktops, the problem is not with iPod! Can someone throw light on this issue?
