Hi, I installed Virtualbox on macOS catalina. But it doesn't The notification Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM object. The application will now terminate is pop up. When I checked detail, the document is empty has been written there. How can I fix it?

You're not bothering me. I believe you are having a problem. I just suggested you might have more luck checking the VirtualBox forums. But maybe someone here may have had the same problem. Good Luck.
Nothing in your error dialog is helpful, and I second dialabrain's recommendation to use the Virtualbox Forums.
Not sure I understand the question but I had no problems installing VirtualBox 6.1.6 in Catalina. You might check the VirtualBox forums.
