Question iCloud
Hi! I bought i cloud space.
now i would like to put my photos on my iPhone (18 gb) into I cloud..it stops at 1% (see printscreen).
how can i fix it?

Thanks for going through those steps. If your photos are still not uploading after completing all the above steps, force close the Photos app and then open back up and try again. Make sure it doesn’t say the upload is paused. If it does, you should be able to tap the upload to start it back up.
If that doesn’t help, back up your iPhone and reinstall iOS using the steps from these links:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Test again after this and see if the issue is resolved.

It looks like you’re on a VPN. Disconnect from the VPN and see if this has any impact on the issue and make sure you’re not using a captive Wi-Fi network. You may need to restart and connect to a power source as well:
If the issue continues, make sure your iPhone is up to date:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
