Please help, i’ve updated my iCloud. BUT the photos on my phone still takes up 13GB, why doesn’t it all move to the cloud?
It keeps on getting stuck at 0%.
Why doesn’t everything move over? there is plenty of space.

It doesn't move to icloud, if you set this up Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support you're syncing to icloud, it will not remove from internal storage.
