I gave 2 HomePods to 2 different persons and I would like them to be able to share my Apple Family Music subscription. Do they have to have an iCloud account?
How should I set up their HomePods?

You would need to setup Family Sharing with them. You would then want to setup multi user accounts on the HomePod.
