I'm trying to download an app onto my ipad that I already have on my phone but the cloud download icon is greyed-out. My device is compatible, the software is up to date, I have enough storage space...anyone any ideas???
The app that you are trying to download is a 32-bit app. Since iOS 11, 32-bit apps are no longer supported.
It's best to contact the app developer if they have plans to release a 64-bit version of it.
