App subscription says one price, but subscription itself says another

I subscribed to the New York Times digital subscription, which had a deal of $4.99/mo for 12 months. But in my actual subscriptions, it says $16.99/mo? What does this mean and who do I contact to verify my subscription? Including screenshot.

If you subscribed 12 months ago, then that offer ends and continuing the subscription will be at the now-current cost.
