Delete Subscription


Hi

I want to remove the card from the Appstore, but I can not, because there is a subscription. The subscription is inactive, but I can’t delete it. How do I remove this inactive subscription and my card from the Appstore?

You may need to cancenl first the subscription to make sure they won't be charging you after the free trial period.


You may check out these steps below for more details:


  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign-in to your Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription.
  3. On the Report a Problem website, click the Purchases tab.
  4. Under Purchases tab, click Report a Problem to the right of the Antivirus One Subscription.
  5. Choose a reason for the problem. Describe your issue, then click Submit.

If you want to completely remove your card from your Apple account, you may not be able to purchase another subscription until you enter it back again. To manage your payment information you check this steps below:


  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Choose Account > View My Account.
  4. Enter your Apple ID credentials.
  5. Click Edit to the right of Payment Type.


From here you could manage your card details or decide to remove it instead.
