I have an Apple Apple USB SuperDrive plugged into my Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) running macOS Catalina Ver: 10.15.4 (19E287). The drive has been working fine. I put a DVD into the drive and now the drive is not recognized in finder or Disk Utility and DVD stuck. I have tried all of the suggestions I can find to get the drive recognized or eject the DVD including making sure Finder is configured to recognize the drive and holding the track pad down on restart - no luck. Suggestions?
