forogot passcode

recently I forgot my passcode, I tried a lot but cant open. then my iPhone got disabled, I saw tutorial that how to recover it. I followed every step to iTunes. but I cant update software. what I do ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

If your iPhone is disabled, you need to follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Your profile indicates you have an iPhone 5S. If so, it cannot use iOS 13.
