Installing Catalina while already running bootcamp partition?

Will upgrading from High Sierra to Catalina (or even just Mojave) disturb or render inaccessible my Bootcamp partition which runs Windows? Or will upgrading to Catalina leave the partition installed and accessible? I'd like to be certain it will not before I upgrade, and I really do not wish to have to re-install Windows and all of my Windows programs and data if upgrading to Catalina does result in losing access to my Bootcamped Windows.

The 2015 and later models Windows via EFI (UEFI). Catalina is not supposed to change the functionality of Windows.

However, if your iMac has a Fusion drive and you upgrade from High Sierra to Mojave/Catalina, it will be converted from CoreStorage to APFS Fusion. This can cause problems.
