HELP!! “Cellular Data is not available during this call” and “The error was: a data connection cannot be established since a call is currently active.”
How do I fix this? I’ve called Apple and my carrier (TFW/straight talk) I’ve rebooted my phone, reset network completely, Apple ran a diagnostic check, TFW just keeps telling me to reboot my iPhone.
It happened around Friday the 1st of may. Every time I make a call my data cuts out and leaves me with either of those messages. I’ve checked my settings and everything looks normal.. Apple said it was most likely with my carrier after the diagnostic check but I still can’t find the issue and I’ve called TFW 3 times already.
I’m able to use my cellular data when I’m not on a call but if I make one or incoming comes my data disappears so the ‘LTE’ Is gone during the call. In the left top corner it’ll show my bars and TFW and that’s it. The messages I took SS of are what pops up when I go to Safari...
