Can’t download apps

Hello, I’m unable to download or update any app from the AppStore. When I click on the get button it simply loads and after a while it pop up again ! Nothing happens 🤷‍♂️ I’ve tried many solutions online including signing in and out, resetting all settings and many others... it seems to only work over WiFi

please help

If it's App Store issue then you won't be able to download using Wi-Fi.

Then you should download using Wi-Fi.

Cellular data is your carrier feature, ask them.
