the photos taken are obtained with an artifact in the form of a shadow spot .. as if something was under the camera’s lens, here’s a photo of the ceiling, in the photo on the left this spot is clearly visible and so on in every photo

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your camera. I see it looks like a shadow circle on the left of the center light.
Check if there is anything on the glass that can be cleaned. Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support
