Drag the yellow dot down the column.

Or select the cell with the formula, type command-c to copy, select all the cells in the column, type command-v to paste.

You can find more about the first method, filling, by going to Help > Numbers Help in your menu and searching for "autofill".

Double click on the cell containing the formula.

Click in the space to the left of ƒx and drag the editor to where you can include it in the shot without hiding any of the cells included n the formula. Make sure you can also include the row and cell reference tabs above and to the left of the table.

Then follow the instructions below.

To take a screen shot of part of the screen:

Place the mouse pointer at the top left corner of the area you want to capture.

Press shift-command-4. (the pointer will change to a crosshair)

Press and hold the mouse button and drag down and right to the bottom right corner of the area to be captured.

Release the mouse button.

The captured image will be saved to your Desktop with the title Screen Shot, followed by the date and time of capturing the image.

To post your screen shot here:

place the insertion point where you want the image to appear.

Click the mountains icon in the toolbar below the composing window.

This will open a drop down pane showing the contents of our Desktop. If sorted descending by date, your screen shot should be at the top of the list.

Double click the file (or click once, then click Choose).

You'll be returned to your post, and after a slight pause the image will appear.

Regards,

Barry
