Error-36

Hi all,

I purchased The MyCloud Home to backup all my devices and cast videos.

I am having issues transferring particular folders I want to offload from my 2010 Macbook Pro. These are assorted files accumulated over the years.

Every time I want to transfer a folder and it doesn't matter what size it is, I keep getting the Error-36 message. I have checked the files and they all open and are can be accessed without issues, I have already used dot_clean and this does not seem to work.

Note - I am still able to transfer video files to the MyCloud without any issues.

This appears to be happening to any folder that are historic.

Any help or advice would be great!
