Unable to Sign In to Exchange on Internet Accounts


I did a clean install of Catalina on my Mac and had issues with the internet accounts originally my two exchange accounts were loading from my iCloud but were inactive and kept prompting for a password. I clicked the continue but I didn't get a prompt to add my password.


I got an error in my Internet Accounts and proceeded to follow this discussion for a solution. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251241556 I removed the exchange accounts from sqlite in order to delete the internet accounts accounts were removed no problem. I'm still signed in on my iPhone and removed the keychain passwords just to make sure it wasn't a bad prompt.


Now it's just stuck on this page but won't take me to the exchange site to input my credentials. I am currently unable to add 3 of my Microsoft Exchange Accounts to my MacBook.
