Disabled account
Hi. i recently received a notice that my account was disabled in the app store and itunes.
Recently i had cancelled a subscription during a free trial but unknown to my mom her card was charged for it. Unfortunately she did not recognize the charge and filed a complaint. She had to get a new credit card and is trying to sort it all out.
Not sure if this is why. If so, is there a way to fix it.
