See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 to see if the charges are propers. Also, do the same with View, change, or cancel your subscriptions https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT202039.
If you think you are owed a refund, see Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

But, I am concerned that you may have been scammed. Apple does not make many billing errors.
Did you possibly provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, Social Security, your bank, etc.

Unauthorized charge AGAIN 99.99, May 8, 2020, to Edwin Dioneda C., you should be able to see the address from the order number. This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. Janice P.

I thought I was signing up for a news AP in my area and see the AP icon on my phone, but not in my subscriptions. The Bank just called and they have charged my credit card 10x.
