I need to backup my info from my old phone to my new one. I don't remember the password for the ITunes encrypt and I have no clue on how to change it. Please help!

You cannot recover the password, but you can create a new encrypted backup. See this for more information.

If you can not remember the password, the encrypted backup is useless.

You have to enter the password that you use with your Apple ID, not the Apple ID itself.
