Does Apple have plans to add their own CRM product in the future or some type of an add-on for Calendar & Contacts? Prefer to stay with native Apple products and not have a separate CRM program where I have to keep up with an additional calendar & contact database.

Apple doesn't widely announce its future plans, and anyone who does know what will be coming down the pipe will have signed a non-disclosure agreement when signing on.
Meanwhile, there are several hundred CRM applications and services available from other sources. A search for CRM using duckduckgo included this 'advice' site in its first page results. https://www.softwareadvice.com/crm/
A brief look showed a list of available software with price range scale, brief descriptions and user reviews and ratings. Head to head comparisons between more popular apps and services were available on other pages, and some general advice on CRM on the linked page. Seems worth a look.

Calendar and Contacts are terrible for CRM. FileMaker can be configured to be used as a CRM, but I would recommend using a real one. I've personally worked with Salesforce, 17hats, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics.
