Cannot verify server identity

Why am I receing this message always on my ipad 2 Thè identity of "support.apple.com cannot be verified by Safari. Review the certificate details to continue.

How do I fix the server identity certificate error that pops up on my iPhone? The pop up error always shows up on my iPhone. It says " Cannot Verify Server Identity. The identity of smartcite.smarteventscloud.com cannot be verified." When I click the details of the error, it says marketview.starcite.com Issued by Amazon, not Trusted.

Yes everything is correct I try resetting it will do but no option of factory settings again
