Touch Bar is glowing green

The Touch Bar on my Macbook Pro has turned green. When in use, the buttons glow green. When I'm not using the keyboard, the Touch Bar becomes a solid green rectangle. This is really frustrating when I'm watching shows at night as the solid green bar is quite distracting.

Restarting in Safe Mode doesn't change anything. Neither does logging into a different user profile.

Thanks for any help.
