I upgraded my iCloud to the 2TB storage but I still get a message saying that I dont have enough space on my MacBook. I cant download any new apps but I have all this storage available to me, I cant even update my MacBook. HELP please!

The physical storage capacity of your MacBook has not changed. What you subscribed to is storage in the cloud. Now, that you have off-device storage, however, there are a number of things you can do to reduce the storage needs of your Mac. See the article below for suggestions.
