not enough storage
i just bought 2 TB storage for my mac and icloud devices but my mac is STILL saying i have NO storage. I have deleted everything on my mac and i still can't download anything because i have no storage

Something in what you describe is not making any sense. Is the 2 TB storage you bought internal or external? You say that you have deleted "everything". What has been deleted? What was the total size of the deleted files? I suggest that you open the Disk Utility app and use it to look at your drive(s) to determine accurately how much space is being used and how much is available, then report back here.
