Charging Port

Hi, I have been having some trouble with my charging port on my iPhone XS. Every time I bring it to a charger it seems to only charge when a bring it to a designated spot (left side of charging port) and adding to that, my charging port is very loose and can be taken out with a tiny pinch of the wire. I would like to ask about this situation and what I can do to change it. Thank You
