The “copy to kindle” option was restored in iOS 13.3, but after iOS 13.4, this option is gone. Now I’m updated to iOS 13.4.1, but this option is still missing.
hope this will get fix in next update.

This is different from “copy to kindle”. This option will upload the book to Amazon then back to your kindle app through the internet. “Copy to Kindle” option will not go through the internet. They are two independent options. “Send to Kindle” is always there.
You can verify this by putting your phone in airplane mode. In airplane mode, your method won’t work. “Copy to kindle” works in airplane mode. But this option is missing since iOS 13.4.
