zoom on ipad

I am having issues setting up meetings on Zoom on my iPad. The use personal ID button is turned off. The meeting generates a random meeting ID. When I see the invitation, the random ID is used, but when I copy to the clipboard and paste into my email, the personal ID comes up instead. This happens on both the app and on the web browser (Safari).

Any help would be appreciated!
